2022 Vapor Boots

Brand new for the 2022 season are the redesigned Vapor Boots. The goal with the Vapor boot is to create the pinnacle of modern waterski footwear, and with over 4 years of R&D and testing over 100 prototypes, Radar went the distance to create a boot unlike anything else.

Radar wanted to develop a lower unit that had elements of rigidity, but still remained pliable. They achieved this by using a 3-part mold which forms a rigid lower skeleton. The shell of the boot truly wraps around your foot with the Boa closure, and the nylon material allows the shell to conform and respond to the skier's movement and motion as they ski. As you work your way up the boot, the upper cuff uses carbon fiber technology from Carbitex, which will give you all of the fit and response that you want from a waterski boot.

The Vapor boot was designed around the human foot with one main goal in mind, and that was fit. We think Radar hit the nail on the head, and are stoked to see what you think of the brand-new Vapor boots.

Features:

Vapor Chassis
The Vapor Chassis pushes the boundaries of boot technology by utilizing a three-part mold to form a rigid lower skeleton. This new design offers the control of a hard shell but stays true to our hybrid style by not sacrificing in the slightest when it comes to fit and connection to the ski.

Carbitex
Carbitex is a carbon fiber textile material that is more reactive than any other material on the market. This reactivity translates into an unparalleled connection to the ski.

Boa
The Boa integration into the boots offers an instant response found only in the Radar line. Transform your experience through a fast, customizable, and comfortable fit.

Intuition
Our exclusive partnership with Intuition gives you a heat-moldable, lightweight, pre-formed fit. Intuition foam ensures you have a perfect fitting liner for ultimate performance.

Wrap Tech
Wrap Tech fuses the external skeleton of the boot to the base textile layer which gives the boot the ability to conform to the shape of your foot, in turn giving you more response.
