Christmas Delivery Guarantee
Orders placed with respective deadlines receive the WakeHouse.com Christmas Delivery Guarantee. Deadlines are as follows
- Saver Shipping - Monday, December 18, 12:00 PM EST (Noon)
- Ground - Varies By Location, Check Shipping Quote at Checkout
- Two Day - Wednesday, December 20, 12:00 PM EST (Noon)
- Overnight - Thursday, December 21, 12:00 PM EST (Noon)
WakeHouse.com guarantees any order qualifying for the Christmas Delivery Guarantee will be delivered on or before 12/25/23. If your package is not delivered by December 25, 2023 and your order qualifies for the Christmas Delivery Guarantee, you will receive an in-store credit for 50% of the value of your order (up to $100). Christmas Delivery Guarantee is not valid for pre-order or out of stock items. If you place an order qualifying for the Christmas Delivery Guarantee, and WakeHouse.com does not have the item in stock, you will be notified within 2 business hours. Shipping delays that WakeHouse.com is not responsible for are not eligible for the Christmas Delivery Guarantee (ie Natural Disasters, Delivery Vehicle Accidents, Power Outages, Delivery Attempted, Pandemic Delays, etc...). Christmas Delivery Guarantee only valid for orders placed within the continental United States. Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or International Destinations do not qualify for the Christmas Delivery Guarantee.
Memorial Day Delivery Guarantee
Orders placed with respective deadlines receive the WakeHouse.com Memorial Day Delivery Guarantee. Deadlines are as follows
- Saver Shipping - Friday, May 19, 12:00 PM EST (Noon)
- Ground - Varies By Location, Check Shipping Quote at Checkout
- Two Day - Wednesday, May 24, 12:00 PM EST (Noon)
- Overnight - Thursday, May 25, 12:00 PM EST (Noon)
WakeHouse.com guarantees any order qualifying for the Memorial Day Delivery Guarantee will be delivered on or before 5/29/23. If your package is not delivered by May 29, 2023 and your order qualifies for the Memorial Day Delivery Guarantee, you will receive an in-store credit for 50% of the value of your order (up to $100). Memorial Day Delivery Guarantee is not valid for pre-order or out of stock items. If you place an order qualifying for the Memorial Day Delivery Guarantee, and WakeHouse.com does not have the item in stock, you will be notified within 2 business hours. Holiday Extended Returns Period
Orders placed on or after 11/1/23 are eligible for returns and exchanges through 1/30/24. Returns and exchanges are accepted on new items with original packaging and tags.
Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions only apply to the continental United States. Saver Shipping methods include USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Ground Commercial, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, and UPS Ground. WakeHouse.com reserves the right to choose any of these shipping methods when Saver Shipping is selected. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most products will ship within 24 hours.
Oversized Items
Some items, such as kneeboards, may have larger shipping dimensions and will have an additional shipping cost of $24.99.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
WakeHouse only collects payment for the items ordered and cost to ship those items as quoted by the shipping provider. We do not collect any taxes, duties, or other import fees that may be required upon the receipt of your order.
Shipping Quote
Getting a shipping quote is easy. Just add the item to your cart and click "Review Order & Checkout" on the bottom of the slide out cart. Once you're viewing your cart with an item added to it click on "Add Info" on the line that says "Shipping". Just fill out the required fields to get pricing and delivery timeframe estimates.
